John 15:1-2 (TPT) 1 “I am a true sprouting vine, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father. 2 He cares for the branches connected to me by lifting and propping up the fruitless branches and pruning every fruitful branch to yield a greater harvest.
THE FARMER CARES. HOW DOES HE CARE?
- By LIFTING UP the FRUITLESS
- By PRUNING the FRUITFUL
WHATS THE GOAL?
- To YIELD a GREATER HARVEST.
I love the heart of My Father. If your feeling like your stagnant, fruitless, and barren. He will approach you today and LIFT YOU UP. He will build me up and remind me that I am made for better. Simply Abide. Be Patient. Vision, Purpose, and Life will begin to flow Towards you, Through you, and From you. The end will produce greater fruit, and what follows fruit bearing is Pruning. Ouch again! When I focus on His end goal of “yielding a greater harvest”, then I am at peace with the suffering of feeling fruitless and being pruned because that process is necessary for GREATNESS.
