Leave A Legacy – We are always influencing someone. Might as well do it with intention.

Leaving a legacy is important because it is a way to have a lasting impact on the world long after you are gone. It can be a way to ensure that your values and beliefs are remembered and shared with future generations. Legacy has always intrigued me. I have had the opportunity to ask questions from family members regarding our forefathers and their traditions and lifestyle. I only get bits and pieces and somehow I cannot get a true picture of the true history of our past. I may never and I’m ok with that but moving forward, I am making an intentional journal for my children and grandchildren. It’s a gift of truth that can help them peek into the window of their forefathers. Perhaps they can see similar struggles they face or get understanding of the shoulders they are standing on. We all have history and every family line can improve to be a better version of themselves. One of the beautiful things about self-awareness is to understand your lineage. At least it has been for me. To my past, thank you for the lessons. To my future, Lead Strong, Love Deep, Learn Continually, Leave a Legacy!
